Hull:overall appears to be in excellent condition with out any signs of fading or oxidation. The gelcoat maintains very HIGH GLOSS. There are no gouges, chips or cracks, but only a few minor blemishes from docking (only noticeable from up close. The rub rail is clean. The keel is in excellent condition without any signs of beaching. The stainless bow rails are straight without any signs of docking. There is a Windlass system with controls at the helm and foot pedals at the bow. There is a Stainless bow mounted Searchlight. Boat features a large integrated swim platform with oversized 4 step boarding ladder. Transom has 3 high power underwater lights (the center light module has gone out and does not function).
Cockpit: The upholstery shows to be very clean. The colors are vibrant and the vinyl is soft. Cockpit has premium teak table with pedestal. The wood grain dash, gauges and push button switches are all in excellent condition. The electronics on this boat include Raymarine E80 multifunction display with GPS, Plotter, 24" Radar Dome, and Raymarine Dragonfly 5 (very easy to use) GPS, Sonar, Fish finder. The Clarion marine stereo has new upgraded JL speakers, amp and helm remote. The Bar Console features outdoor Grill/griddle combo, refrigerator, sink and storage. There is an aft shower. Boat features premium stainless Bimini top with enclosures all in perfect condition. 
Cabin:The upholstery throughout is very clean without signs of use. The forward and aft births can each accommodate sleeping for 2. The settee has table and storage below, but can also pull out for additional sleeping. The carpet is clean without and has carpet runners that can easily be removed for cleaning. The upgraded cherry finish wood cabinets, offer a high end look with plenty of storage. The galley features solid surface countertop, built in microwave, stove, refrigerator with freezer, and sink. There is a flat panel TV with DVD player mounted on the main bulkhead. The head features vacu-flush toilet, sink, shower, port light and premium flexi-teak floor covering. The electrical panels are in excellent condition. The port lights, sky lights and hatch are fully functional and do not leak. The vinyl headliner is clean. Cabin features Heat and A/C. 
Mechanically:Powered by twin MerCruiser 5.0 MPI 260 hp with Bravo 3 sterndrives. The engines have 95 original hours. Everything works accordingly. The engines, lower units and 3&4 Blade stainless Props, are in excellent condition. There is an upgraded Kohler generator with 220 original hours. We have fully serviced this boat at our dealership. All the mechanical maintenance is up to date; fluids, oils, filters, impellers, zincs, strainers, etc
