Hull: Overall appears to be in excellent condition with out any signs of fading or oxidation. The gelcoat maintains very high gloss. There are a few very minor blemishes from docking (only noticeable from up close). There are a few marks on the swim platform from docking and a small spot that was repaired by the ladder. The rubrail is very clean. The decals are in excellent condition. The keel is in excellent condition without any signs of beaching. The stainless bow rails are straight and shiny. The radar arch is a very desirable option on this model. There is an extended swim platform with boarding ladder. Transom has shower, stereo remote and integrated fender storage. There are premium stainless docking lights. Boat has windlass system. Transom has 2 high power Blue underwater lights. The bottom paint was just redone with 2 coats of premium freshwater antifouling.
Cockpit: The upholstery shows to be very clean and the vinyl is soft. There is a 1" nick on the captains backrest. The fiberglass floor is in excellent condition and includes snap in carpet without any stains or tears. There is a cockpit table with pedestal. The wood grain dash board features upgraded Stainless gauges and switches all in functional condition. Dash features depth sound, compass and VHF radio. There is an upgraded marine stereo with cockpit speakers, cabin speakers, and controls at the dash and transom. Cockpit has bar console with sink. There is a stress mark on the corner of the console (very common in this model). The premium Sunbrella canvas is in excellent condition and includes Bimini top with full enclosures.
Cabin: The cabin is in excellent condition without hardly any signs of use. The forward birth can be used as a settee for dining and has filler cushions for sleep accommodations. The aft birth sleeps 2 adults comfortably. The upgraded cherry finish cabinets are complemented by a Corian countertop, offering a high end look with storage throughout. The upholstery and carpet are clean without any stains or tears. The galley features a large sink, electric stove, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. The head has sink shower combo and a nautical toilet. Cabin has TV with built in DVD player. There are upgraded LED lights with custom programmer to make them dance or fade colors in/out. Boat has water pressure system with hot water heater. Cabin features Heat and A/C system.
Mechanically: Powered by a Mercruiser 350 MAG MPI 300 Hp with Bravo 3 sterndrive. Boat only has 260 original hours. Everything works accordingly. This boat has a $6,000 factory engine upgrade. The engine, lower unit and 3-Blade Stainless Props, are in excellent condition. Boat is equipped with an upgraded Kohler generator with only 370 original hours ($9,000 factory option). Generator has upgraded sound shield to reduce noise level in cabin. We have fully serviced this boat at our dealership. All the maintenance is up to date: fluids, filters, impeller, etc.
